Having only launched a little while ago, on October 30, Pokémon TCG Pocket has already gained over ten million downloads.
Developed by Creatures and DeNa and published by The Pokémon Company this isn’t the only success that the application has reached in such a small period of time, with profits already soaring to making over $12 million in four days. According to mobilegamer.biz who reported on estimates from Appmagic, Pokémon TCG Pocket is bringing in around $3 million a day.
Bringing a new approach to the table when it comes to collecting, the app allows players to collect, customize, display and battle with the infamous and of course well designed, varying Pokémon cards. Through swiping to open virtual packs, players can get a free booster pack each day to open, to see what cards they can add to their collection.
It’s safe to say that the future of this app will be exciting to watch.
