Developers Remedy, have acquired publishing rights to their famed title, Alan Wake from Microsoft.

Announced through a message geared at investors, the company stated ”
For its first half-year period of 2019, Remedy Entertainment Plc records approximately 2.5 million euros of royalties from previously released games as one-time income. The royalties are paid to Remedy during the second half-year period of 2019. In relation to this, the publishing rights of Alan Wake games are reverted to Remedy.”

At this present time, there isn’t any information surrounding any new releases, but as stated to Gamespot, the company has said they “could bring Alan Wake to different platforms.”

As for Remedy themselves, Control, their new title is set to release on August 27 across Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC.
